Steve Metzman, Founder & CEO

Steve Metzman is Founder and CEO of the company.  Steve oversees client implementations and serves to guide all business and strategy matters.  An entrepreneur with a track record of success, his experience includes developing and bringing technologies to market and has expertise in the areas of finance, management and M&A.  Prior to starting iBusiness Technologies, Steve created several educational technology software products and co-owned a group of companies with combined revenues in excess of $22 million.  During this 16 year tenure, Steve led highly effective management teams and introduced advanced online technologies to achieve critical growth milestones.  He negotiated and integrated multiple acquisitions to leverage combination efficiencies.  Prior positions were in finance for two New York City investment banks where he built financial models for public and private market transactions and arbitraged equities.  Steve earned a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.  He is a community volunteer, an aviation enthusiast with commercial helicopter and airplane pilot licenses and resides in a suburb of Philadelphia.

 

Caitlyn Cignarella, Director of Business Development

Caitlyn Cignarella drives the company’s growth initiatives through key strategic partnerships and leveraging new distribution channels.  Collaborating with Apple’s Business teams nationally, industry trade associations and overseeing Inside Sales, she ensures prospects of all sizes understand the value of integrating mobile technologies.  Caitlyn also delivers customized training as needed for key verticals.  As a member of our leadership team, Caitlyn brings broad experience from her years at Apple as a Business Specialist engineering solutions and Retail Market Support for Apple Retail Business teams globally.  Caitlyn’s passion for deploying Apple-based business solutions and deep understanding of how technology boosts revenue growth ensures the best impacts and outcomes for our clients.

 

Liz Devlin, Client Services Manager

Liz Devlin provides client support to users of the company’s digital tools and oversees administrative requirements.  She coordinates the various facets of implementations including set up, launch assistance, and software support via online and telephone.  Liz interfaces with implementation teams to ensure that our clients, their employees and other stakeholders achieve successful deployments that meet each client’s individual needs.  She earned an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Delaware County Community College and has served in administrative and technical capacities for businesses of various sizes for more than a decade.

Leslie Hall, Special Project Manager

Leslie Hall oversees special projects as needed to ensure that iBusiness Technologies consistently delivers successful outcomes on time and within budget. Leslie has a proven track record of success in marketing and product development projects from initiation to closing. Leslie’s previous work included overseeing projects ranging from months to years in narrow through organization-wide rollouts. She has a reputation for bottom-line orientation, high quality and on-time delivery in challenging situations.

 

Courtney Krake, Inside Sales Representative

Courtney Krake leads the company’s Inside Sales efforts.  Her responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, recommending solutions to achieve goals and ensuring positive client experiences during and after deployments.
